After an active day it's a real joy to get pampered in the new SPA of the Veneranda Bed and Breakfast in Corvara. Reserved exclusively for adults, the wellness area is an oasis of relaxation and tranquillity, though relatively small, yet big enough to fully enjoy the saunas and their wholesome power, to relax and to regain forces.

The classic Finnish sauna regenerates the body through deep sweating, assists detoxification and relieves muscle tension. The bio sauna, which features lower temperature but higher humidity compared to the classic one, is ideal for those who prefer mild relaxation and recovery. The infrared sauna, however, is a solution for everyone – the temperature doesn't exceed 42 degrees Celsius, yet it's a great remedy for muscles and joints, with lots of benefits, enhanced by the targeted action on the specific parts of the body.

Winter
During the winter season, the spa at the Veneranda Bed and Breakfast in Corvara is open every day from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

Summer
During the summer season, the spa is available every day from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm, except on Saturdays. Access is available on request, which must be made by 12.00 noon on the same day.

Use of the sauna in summer is not included in the price of your stay.
